Terms governing the use of Home Design AI
2026/07/19
Home Design AI is operated under the Home Design AI brand ("Home Design AI," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to our website, AI design tools, credits, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Notice, our Refund Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or shared in a way that compromises security or circumvents usage limits.
The Service lets you submit images or written briefs and use third-party AI models to create design visualizations. Model availability, generation time, resolution, credit cost, and features may change. We may introduce reasonable limits to protect security, service capacity, and fair use.
Home Design AI provides visual concepts only. Results are not architectural, engineering, measurement, safety, permit, valuation, or construction advice. Consult qualified professionals before making structural, safety, financial, or construction decisions.
You retain any rights you hold in images, prompts, and other content you submit. You confirm that you have all permissions needed to upload, process, and transform that content, including permission from property owners or identifiable people where required.
You grant us and our service providers a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, transform, and process your content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and support the Service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for temporary backups and records we must retain for legal, security, or dispute purposes.
Subject to applicable law and the terms of the AI model provider, you may use generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes. We do not guarantee that an output is unique, accurate, free from third-party claims, or suitable for a particular use. Similar outputs may be generated for other users, and an output may unintentionally change structural or visual details.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs and confirming that your intended use does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
Prices, currency, taxes, and included credits are presented before checkout. Creem acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases made through Creem Checkout. Creem processes the payment, issues the receipt, and may apply its buyer terms in addition to these Terms.
You are responsible for reviewing the package, credit amount, validity period, and final checkout total before payment.
Eligible one-time credit purchases may be refunded under our Refund Policy, including our seven-day refund window and usage-based partial-refund calculation. Creem may process or approve the refund as Merchant of Record. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Where applicable law or Creem's buyer terms provide stronger non-waivable rights, those stronger rights apply.
You may not use the Service to:
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a material breach, unlawful activity, fraud, payment dispute, security risk, abuse, or legal requirement. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
Termination does not erase payment obligations or provisions that by their nature should survive, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions. Refund eligibility following termination remains subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law.
The Service relies on hosting, storage, authentication, payment, and AI providers. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that a particular model or feature will remain available. We may modify or discontinue features, but we will not retroactively shorten the disclosed validity period of already purchased credits except where required by law or necessary to address fraud or abuse.
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free results. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for decisions made in reliance on generated concepts.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Applicable consumer and contract law depends on your location and the entity handling the transaction. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. Payment disputes and Creem transactions may also be governed by Creem's buyer terms and dispute process.
We may update these Terms as the Service or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the Service where appropriate and will not reduce rights already accrued under a completed purchase where prohibited by law.
