Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is and is not allowed when using Home Design AI. It applies to prompts, uploaded images, generated images, accounts, and all other use of the Service.

Prohibited Content

You may not use Home Design AI to request, upload, generate, store, or distribute:

• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content;
• Nudity intended to be sexualized, sexual services, or fetish content;
• Any sexual or exploitative content involving minors or people who may be minors;
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, or harassment;
• Face swaps, deepfakes, identity manipulation, or impersonation;
• Violent, hateful, threatening, or extremist content;
• Content that promotes self-harm, abuse, exploitation, or illegal activity;
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content presented as authentic evidence;
• Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; or
• Content that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.

Uploaded Images and Permissions

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, process, and transform each image. Do not upload private, sensitive, or identifiable content unless you are authorized to do so and the processing is lawful.

Product Limitations

Home Design AI creates visual design concepts. Generated images are not architectural drawings, engineering plans, permit documents, safety advice, property valuations, or construction instructions. Review every result before relying on it and consult an appropriately qualified professional for real-world decisions.

Enforcement

We may reject prompts, prevent an image from being generated, remove content, suspend features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Policy. We may also cooperate with payment providers, service providers, or lawful authorities where required.

Attempts to bypass safety controls, including by obfuscating prompts or abusing alternate generation paths, are prohibited.
