How Home Design AI handles account data, images, payments, and generated designs

This Privacy Notice explains how the Home Design AI brand ("Home Design AI," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information when you visit our website, create an account, upload an image, generate a design, contact support, or purchase credits.
For the processing decisions described here, Home Design AI acts as the responsible service operator. Creem and some other providers may act as independent controllers for information they process under their own legal obligations and privacy notices.
We receive this information from you, your device or browser, authentication providers, payment providers, and the systems used to operate the Service.

Checkout is hosted or opened through the configured payment provider. Payment-card and other sensitive payment details are submitted directly to that provider and are not stored in our application database. We retain provider references and transaction records needed to grant credits, reconcile payments, handle refunds, prevent duplicate fulfillment, and meet financial obligations.
Deleting a completed design removes its stored input and output images through the application deletion process. Temporary backups and records required for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes may remain until their applicable retention period ends.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of eligible personal information; withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; and complain to a relevant data-protection authority.
You can delete completed designs from History. For account or privacy requests, contact us. We may need to verify your identity. Some information cannot be deleted immediately where retention is required for payment, fraud, security, dispute, or legal purposes.
